CC-601 with GTE

I can't update on Windows either. Gives a CC-601 error (no non-zero account balances or transactions in the last 12 months). This has happened in the past when GTE has made website changes and failed to notify Quicken. Quicken users will complain online, Quicken will contact GTE, and it gets fixed eventually. In the meantime, I download directly from the GTE website until it is corrected.

Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue.
This error occurs when Quicken is unable to connect to the bank to receive transaction information. This could be caused by something on the bank's end blocking Quicken from connecting. In some cases, Quicken Support may need to escalate the issue. You may follow this link for more information regarding a CC-601 error as well as some steps to take when presented with this error.
