HealthEquity - Mac
Attempting to add HealthEquity account within Quicken MAC. Used to be connected and now the 2 factor authentication doesn't pop up - it gives me an error did I sign in correctly. Have escalated but no answer. Have cleared keys, reset passwords, added new, nothing works. HealthEquity indicates it downloads to Quicken - does it really?
Help please this is past irritating!

My internal systems are showing that when you spoke with Quicken Support, you were supposed to call back to receive a personal escalation, however, I am not showing an escalation ticket. Were you able to call back in?
