Since the update, Quicken no longer resolves the "Blue" dot by a credit card.

The CC info does resolve but not the above.

    Hello @sb8301450-misc,

Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue.

To clarify, the blue dot is not disappearing once you click into and then out of the account?

If so, I suggest that you please try validating and/or super validating your data file. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.

    Validate

    1. File
    2. Validate and Repair File...
    3. Validate File
    4. Click OK
    5. Close the Data Log
    6. Close Quicken (leave it closed for at least 5 secs)
    7. Reopen Quicken and see if the issue persists.

If the issue persists, proceed to Super Validate. If the issue is resolved after performing validation, then please disregard the instructions to Super Validate.

    Super Validate:

    1. File
    2. Hold CTRL + Shift and click Validate and Repair File...
    3. Super Validate File
    4. Click OK
    5. Close the Data Log
    6. Close Quicken (leave it closed for at least 5 secs)
    7. Reopen Quicken and see if the issue persists.

Please let me know how this goes!

Thank you. I have just done the Validate & Repair. I will have to wait for activitiy to occur in my CCs to see if this has solved the problem.

OK, I have 2 accounts that were updated this morning and have blue dots beside them.

I did the Super Validate (CTRL+SHIFT and Validate check box).

I then shut down and restarted after about 10 seconds.

The blue dots are still there.

I clicked on the blue dots and then clicked on the blue dot explanation and the dots disappeared.

So, I think that this issue started with the last CDN update, but, of course, I can't be absolutely sure.

    Thanks.
