Prudential Retirement data integration
I've seen a few older articles on this topic on this site but not getting those suggestions to work. When I try to add my Prudential Annuity accout to Quicken for automated download I see these 3 fields to be populated: Login User ID, Password, and Account Number.
I've tried my Prudential website login information for the ID and password, and my Prudential account number in the format of FI#######. But when the next Quicken screen comes up their are no Prudential accounts to select to continue the download process.
One of the historical articles from this forum that I just read said to use your full social security number. Is that really necessary? and if so which of the above 3 fields does that go into?

Hello @lzndpl,
Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community with this question.
Prudential Financial would be who you would need to reach out to for further assistance as their login requirements come directly from their servers which is not something that Quicken has access to. It is recommended to request to speak to a tier 2 agent or a supervisor as they are generally more familiar with third-party applications such as Quicken.
I hope this helps and I do apologize that we could not be of more assistance.
