Hello Quicken Community…
Gotta question for you I cannot figure out.
I've been able to recategorize groups of transactions using the banking report/transaction detail. I highlight a group of like kind transactions, click on the edit button on the top left and select: recategorize.
I've been doing this with great success including today until about 30 minutes ago when it stopped working!
After doing all I mentioned above and selecting the new category to assign it to, IT STOPPED CHANGING THE CATEGORY.
I shut my computer down, closed Quicken and still same result.
I even called Quicken Support and shared my screen and the guy says...
" Oh...you canoot change categories that way. You must do one at a time."
He then said Quicken did a software update. I said really?…, in the last 30 minutes cause it was just working a moment ago???
Any ideas for me? Crazy! HELP!!
