Validation Corrected transaction with missing attachments

Hello @Ed V,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community. Usually, when you run a validate, the notepad gives you a summary of the actions taken. If it doesn't list the specific transaction it fixed, its because it doesn't see any further action is necessary. If the validate changed something you did not want it to change, you can restore a backup from before you ran the validate to undo that action.
What prompted you to run a validate? Were you encountering issues?
Thank you.

I run a validate before I install a new Quicken update. I found this beneficial after a prior problem I had.
Is there a way to have quicken provide a detailed transaction listing (detailed logging) when validating?0 -
Thank you for your reply,
The notepad it provides is the only log of the validate Quicken makes available. You are able to view other log files under Help>Contact Support>Log Files, but those do not provide more information from the validate. They provide information on connection, file imports, installation/etc for troubleshooting purposes.
Thank you.
