Hello @leonard kearney,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue. I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. If this is a one-time issue, the simplest fix is to delete the extra buy reflecting in Quicken.
If this is a recurring issue, I would recommend that you contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance as they can walk you through troubleshooting steps in real-time and escalate the situation as needed. The Quicken Support phone number can be found through this link here. Phone support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday.
Thank you.
Quicken Kristina

Looks to me like Schwab messed up and bought twice when only one was intended. They then cancelled the second buy.
There is no Cancel Buy equivalent in Quicken. The program (or Schwab sending the data) did the best it could, but you need to fix it on your end.
I'd delete everything except one buy and move on. No point in cluttering up the data file with those extraneous 'shouldn't exist' transactions. Don't treat Quicken like a black box in which everything magically goes in and comes out right.
