Anyone else having an issue with downloads with AT&T or Citibank? Stopped working about 6-7 days ago. Comes back with a CC-502 error code which is maintenance on bank servers but this is not a temporary issue

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue. I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. The error CC-502 error with Citibank is a known issue. You can bookmark the Community Alert if you would like to receive updates (when available) and know when the issue is resolved. If you don't see the bookmark icon in the upper right, please make sure you are logged into the Community.
This FAQ, while being a few years old, still contains correct steps to connect via Direct Connect, which allows a lot of users with credit cards issued by Citi to bypass the CC-502 issue.
