Quicken mobile won't enable access

Trying to enable Quicken on Windows 11 for mobile access for Android. Went through screens, downloaded app, logged in okay, chose data file but then the App always says, "You have not enabled finances for Quicken mobile access". What am I doing wrong?

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue.  I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. Based on what you're describing, it sounds like you set up the mobile app, but its not seeing the file set up for Mobile & Web. You can find the directions for enabling the file for Mobile & Web in this article.
