Quicken mobile won't enable access

Trying to enable Quicken on Windows 11 for mobile access for Android. Went through screens, downloaded app, logged in okay, chose data file but then the App always says, "You have not enabled finances for Quicken mobile access". What am I doing wrong?

Based on what you're describing, it sounds like you set up the mobile app, but its not seeing the file set up for Mobile & Web.
