Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue. I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. Is this happening when you are trying to update the account, or is the account currently not connected to the financial instutition and you are trying to connect it?
Since you said you're getting roadblocked by a request for a code, have you gone to the financial institution's website to make sure you have the 2 factor authentication set up correctly and that they have the correct contact information?
