Unable to download pending checking acct payments from Chase.
Only paid transactions are downloaded and many mislabel the payee. Also, on an update that occured at the same time, one checking acct was $250,000 off and another was $11,000 off.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue. I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. Pending transactions typically do not show up in your Quicken, not until they post or you manually put them in. If you were previously able to see those transactions, then you were likely connecting to Chase via Direct Connect and using the bank's bill pay. Since Chase no longer supports Direct Connect, Quicken can no longer see those pending bill payments.
How are the payees being mislabeled? Have you tried right clicking on those transactions and checking to see if there is a "Revert to" option?
If there is, then a renaming rule might be causing that issue.
With the incorrect account balances, did you check to see what was making them wrong, such as looking for missing or duplicate transactions?
