citi card error OL-209-B

Getting the above error with my Costco Visa card for the last several days.

Resetting my account to use EWC+ instead of DC fixed the issue. I think many financial institutions are moving away from DC for security reasons. At least that was the rationale given by B of A when they forced its users to switch connection methods and we lost the ability to do bill pay.

When I reset the Citi account, only Web Connect and Express Web Connect + were listed as options - Direct Connect was not presented as an option.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue.

    This error occurs when Quicken is unable to read a response from the server. The response may not have been returned, there may have been inadequate disk space, or a disk error may have occurred while saving the response to a temporary file. You may follow this link to access a FAQ that provides more information and some troubleshooting steps to take when presented with an OL-209-B error message. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding with troubleshooting steps (just in case).

    Thanks for providing more information.

    As per the FAQ:

    If the steps above do not resolve the issue, you will need to contact your financial institution.  Quicken does not have access to the financial institution's servers to correct the problem. This may require you to ask to speak with an online services specialist that handles transaction download issues at the financial institution.  If your financial institution states they can't assist, an escalation with the financial institution may be necessary.
