Report For Asset Allocation: Total Investment Amount Is Overstated By Cash

The report for my asset allocation shows total investment overstated by the amount of cash. The subtotals are correct but when added together do not match the total investment amount. Also the cash section shows duplicate entries for cash. Fortunately it is not included in the subtotal. This duplicate entry of cash is probably picked up in the total investment amount thereby making the total investment amount incorrect. When searching the forum I notice this issue was discovered back in July 2021, therefore it appears never to have been addressed. I am currently using version R48.18 / build 27.1.48.18.

I encountered this issue a while ago and was able to resolve it by setting the end date for the report back in time until the error went away, then deleting and re-entering the transaction on that date. See this discussion
