Fidelity NetBenefits not downloading any transactions and giving me an error message

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue. I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. When did this issue start? Are you getting more information about the error on the One Step Update Summary (you can pull it up by going to Tools>One Step Update Summary)? If so, what message and/or error code is it giving you? If not, then what is happening when you update? What troubleshooting have you already attempted?
