I have the same problems with Citi not downloading all transactions. This is incredibly frustrating. I haven't called them, but based on these comments, I don't have a lot of hope that a call will resolve anything.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue. I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. If you are having this issue with credit cards issued through Citi, I would recommend switching to Direct Connect. To do that, first, backup your file. Then disconnect the account(s) that is having the issue. When you reconnect the account(s), go to Accounts>Add Account and select Citi Cards. Click the Advanced button and make sure Direct Connect is selected, then follow the prompts.
