Last Payment now shows values from 1 year ago

Since a recent update, the Last Payment column on the Bills & Income screen now are showing payments from 1 year ago. Instead of showing the payments from April 2023, they are showing the amounts from April 2022. For once a year bills, this would be fine, but for monthly bills, this is incorrect. I have noticed this for MANY different bills and it only recently has changed to now be incorrect.

    Hello @bmbass,

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue.  I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. Do you keep your Quicken file on your C drive or is it on a shared network drive?  Is your Quicken file synced with any cloud service, such as One Drive or Dropbox (if it is, you will usually see the service name listed in the file location)? 

    The simplest way to check your file location, if you have Quicken up and the file open, is to click on File, then look near the bottom of the list, just above where it says Exit.  It will list the file locations for the 4 Quicken files you have most recently accessed, with the one you are currently in at the #1 spot.

    If you haven't done so already, I suggest you try to Review and Repair Online billers. Please save a backup of your data file first.  After that, please navigate to the Bills & Income tab and click on the gear icon on the top-right. Then, click on Review and Repair > Review and Repair Online Billers in the dropdown menu.

    Once that is done, see if the issue still continues to persist.
