I have not been able to download my Lowes Synchrony Bank information since the beginning of April. I cannot use online center or manually download my transactions using a QFX file. When will this be resolved?

    Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What exactly is the issue that is occurring? What is your connection method with Synchrony? Do you receive any error codes or messages? What are the issues that are occurring with the QFX file?

    If I try to use One Step Update I get a message (see attached)

    If I try to download a QFX file and import into Quicken nothing shows up
