Can't add and additional account to Citi. Keep getting 501 error for two days
I have several accounts at Citi and get Quicken express connect with no problem. I tried to add another account today and keep getting a CC-501 error. When will that be fixed?

Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community.
This error occurs when Quicken is unable to connect to the bank to receive transaction information. This could be caused by something on the bank's end blocking Quicken from connecting. In some cases, Quicken Support may need to escalate the issue. You can read more information here.
As per the FAQ: If this occurs when updating an account
Please Contact Quicken Support. This error requires Quicken Support agents to review logs and provide further assistance. The issue may need to be escalated and may not have an immediate resolution. Phone support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday.
