I want to create a budget but have everything start at zero [Edited - Readability] not have Quicken look at previous expenses

    Hello @TPao,

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community. Quicken automatically sets up the estimated budget amounts. You are able to manually edit those amounts by hovering your cursor over the budget item you want to change, clicking on the Edit button that appears, putting in the new amount, and clicking save.

    Alternatively, you can create a new budget and opt to manually select the categories. When you do that, Quicken will let you fill in the budget amounts for those categories you selected.
