Forced to renew early

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
Following the latest update (Version 49.29, Build 27.149.29), Quicken did not recognize my current subscription which was not due for renewal until October. It required me to renew my subscription before it would allow me to download current transactions and information.
Oh, and the update crashed my computer, leading to a BSOD. Just really annoying.

Hello @h stansfield,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue. I'm sorry to hear you ran into that problem. If you run into an issue with Quicken not recognizing your subscription in the future, generally logging out of your Quicken and back in again will correct the issue. You can do that by following the instructions in this article.
You mentioned getting a BSOD after the update. Have you had any other issues? Is your Quicken functioning normally?
Thank you.
Quicken Kristina
