Is there a bug in the reconcile feature with the last update?
After updating my subscription I ran the reconcile feature. Although the sum of the cleared charges matched the statement balance exactly, the cleared balance was short $55.63. When I finished it asked if I wanted to create a transaction for the difference (as expected) but when I replied yes, none was created. Please advise.
Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue. I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. Did this issue happen in only in one account, or in multiple accounts? Did you check the register for any uncleared transactions that may account for the difference? Is this an account that you update manually, or do you have it connected to download from the financial institution? If it is connected, which financial institution is it connected to?
