Chase not downloading, no error messages

May 8th. My chase credit cards are not downloading and there is no problem report to submit. Quicken and Chase say my 4 credit card accounts are linked and successful. BUT, only my 2 existing accounts show up in Quicken, while my 2 new credit card accounts do not show up even thought Quicken and Chase state all my accounts are linked. No error reports but software not working. Any one else having this issue?

Yes, same with one new account. Two existing accounts ok but the new does not. Also no error reports. It downloads if I go into the account and update, but not through OSU.0
