American Express Download for Multiple Accounts

I have 2 AMEX accounts. Since the change in AMEX downloads, only one account will download at a time. I have to re-authorize the non-downloading account to download, and then the other one stops downloading. How do you get both to download at the same time>

Came here for the same question. I have an AMEX account and so does my wife. Two different logins to obtain the data. Used to work.

Would you both mind navigating to Help > Report a Problem and attaching your logs, screenshots, and a sanitized data file? It would also be helpful if you could please provide the names of the accounts with which you are experiencing this issue (you can add this to your problem report as well).
