Receiving Pop-up when "Refreshing Bill"

Whenever I try to "refresh an online bill" I receive this popup.
Quicken Business and Personal-R60.15, Windows 11 PRO current on updates

Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community.
Currently, my internal systems are showing the Frontier Communications biller as degraded, this means that there is an issue communicating with the servers. We are aware and working towards a fix, however, there is no current ETA.
