American Express Update
Performing the update changed Wells Fargo to my Amex account number and then added an account from New Bank USA (I think that was the name) which I never heard of. I am surprised to see that the threads on this nuisance was shut down!

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue. I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. Threads posted to the Quicken Community are not trouble tickets. They get closed after they have been inactive for a set amount of time.
Could you please give more detail on what is happening? When you are referring to performing the update, do you mean One Step Update, or are you referring to going through the reauthorization process with American Express?
