    Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What is your connection method with Capital One? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List. What exactly occurs when adding your new credit card account? Are you able to choose to set up the credit card as a new account or is it only giving you the option to link to an existing account? Are you seeing any error codes or messages?
