Failed QuickPay payment

Quickpay payment scheduled on 4/17 to CenterPoint Energy and due 5/11. Received notice the payment was past due today (5/14). This has worked fine for last several months but now failed.

Quit using Checkpay because of this type issue. 😕 If this bill payment is going to be offered, it needs to be dependable.

Tried to cancel payment after submitting new ACH payment at CenterPoint energy website. That also failed with the attached msg. GEEZ!!!!

Attempted to report a problem - Guess what, quicken froze. Had to use task manager to end the process.

    Hello @maxwelwp,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue.  I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. Are you using Quicken Bill Manager, or do you have your payment account connected via Direct Connect and use Bank Bill Pay? To check, you can go to Tools>Account List, click the Edit button next to your payment account, click the Online Services tab, and it will show you the connection method and which bill pay you are using.

    Thank you.
