Unable to Establish Connection [Edited]

The latest changes they've made have left me extremely frustrated. Using Q to connect to my bank, it keeps telling me it has to update the connection. I've done that, more than once. Contacted the bank, they suggested remove Q as a third party account and reestablish the connection. To no avail, Q still asks me to update the connection each and every time I want to download transactions. Tired of it.
