Thank you. I have tried these steps in the past and it does not solve my problem.

UPDATE for my issues: After upgrading to release 51.10 which was released a few days ago, many (if not all) of my issues with updating billers seem to be resolved.

Did you have to do anything? I am on 51.10 and have seen no changes to my issues

I have noticed some of my billers have updated. I still have several that still have that “Fixit”.

I just tried "fix it' on all my accounts in error. No improvements

I have avoided using the "Bills & Income" function since activated in Quicken last year. Very flawed! Biggest problew-setting up new billers. My 1st attempts last year produced several "defective" billers that Q kept telling me to "fix" but nothing corrected them or deleted them. Seveal days ago, I returned to my online billers list & found the same bad billers, but a new "fix" command "delete biller". Hooray! I clicked on delete but nothing happened…..stil bad billers.

Another one I get constantly. The account is definitely NOT locked
