Thrivent investment transactions

Quicken connects with my Thrivent mutual fund accounts and sees the amounts. It takes a couple of minutes acting like it is downloading but it then shows $0 balance and no transactions. The "transaction" button next to the dashboard and portfolio buttons is greyed out. How can I get this corrected?

    Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What is your connection method with Thrivent? You can see the connection method by navigating to Settings > Downloads > Connection Type. What exactly occurs when attempting to download transactions? Do you receive any error codes or messages? How long has this issue been occurring?
