Connecting to National Bank of Canada
Does National Bank of Canada support direct connection with Quicken Canada?
I tried to create a live connection but it switched bto an offline account.

Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What exactly occurred when adding your account(s) with the National Bank of Canada? Did you receive any error codes or messages? Were you able to successfully download any transactions or balances before the account(s) switched to manual?

According to the FIDIR.TXT for Quicken Canada, National Bank is only supported for Web Connect. Express Web Connect is not supported. Here is the corresponding entry from the FIDIR.TXT:

The Canadian version of Quicken does not support the "Direct Connect" version of Quicken for any financial institution.0
