OL-301-A For First Technology Credit Union
Hi,
I am getting an OL-301-A error when attempting to connect to my credit union for my current Home and Business Quicken. My bank does not see any errors. When I try and create a new quicken and file and create the accounts from scratch I do not get any errors. Is there a way that I can see the OFX log files like I was able to in previous versions of quicken?

Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue.
The OL-301 error occurs when there is an issue connecting to the financial institution while using Direct Connect. The situation may ultimately require the financial institution to implement a solution. You may follow this link to access a FAQ that provides more information as well as some troubleshooting steps. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding (just in case).
You can access your log files by navigating to Help > Contact Support > Log Files.
