I also have the same issue with virtually all of my banks. I am basically precluded from doing any one-step updates at all, and have to resort to downloading the data for each account from each bank and then importing that data into the quicken files. This is not a long-term solution. I have tried all of the methods mentioned above. The "Community Alert" link is invalid at this point. I depend on Quicken for my businesses, and this is a huge issue. Please acknowledge this. This has happened before. I have encountered this in the past year, and it was resolved. It needs to be resolved as soon as possible again. [Edited-Readability]

    Thank you.

    Hello @KarenMillSci,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue.  I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. You posted on an older thread, which is likely why the Community Alert link was no longer valid. Alerts are available for only a few days after the specific issue they were issued for has been marked as resolved.

Please provide more information about the exact issues you are encountering. When did this start happening? Are you getting any error messages and/or error codes when trying to update with your financial institutions? Are you having issues with the program freezing or crashing? If so, what triggers this behavior?

    Thank you.
