I have not been able to download Bank of America transactions since March

Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What exactly is occurring when attempting to download transactions? Do you receive any error codes or messages? Do you have multiple accounts with Bank of America? If so, are you experiencing this issue with all of the accounts or only some of them?
