    I am receiving something similar today. Quicken is unable to connect to Capital One and is prompting me to reauthorize. This started today for me. When I try to reauthorize, I get the following:

    Please try again later.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue.

    An FDP-189 error message will be presented if the financial institution has recently begun offering online services with Quicken. It can take up to five days for new online services to be fully available in Quicken. You may follow this link to access a FAQ that provides more information.

    Helloo Jasmine - Prior to today I was using everything and it all worked.

    This just started happening with Capital One.

    So this is not a new online service being offered.

    I was able to sign in to my account with no problem.

    I am experiencing the same FDP-189 error with CaptialOne as well.
