Online Bills Issues

I currently have 8 online bills that are in error/needs attention. Regardless of how many times I try to go through the "Fix It" process or how long I wait in between tries (days), they seem to always show the error message "Unable to Update Billers". Is this normal? At this point they just seem to be an unnecessary eye sore.

    I am also seeing this issue.

    FYI, I was able remove all online billers then add one successfully but when I try to add a second online bill, I either get the cannot add error or the still connecting with Fix It instructions that do not work. Hope this helps.
