CC-800 error on Chase credit card

Everything was fine yesterday, and this morning, when downloading transactions from my credit cards, I get a CC-800 error on the Chase card, saying that I need to reauthorize. So I followed the steps, and it didn't work in Quicken, although Chase did say I was authorized (said so on the site and also emails they sent). Yet I can't get past the error in Quicken, and it won't let me download transactions for anything else (it's stuck on that error). So I'm guessing this is a Quicken-Chase problem? Has anyone else encountered this?
