Transactions won't download following 7.1.0 update

Yikes. I have Quicken Deluxe, just downloaded 7.1.0 update, restarted twice. Update box says in progress, successful connections 0. Arrow spinning in circles, no error codes. Help!

    I have a similar problem. Quicken connects to my credit union but does not download transactions. Transaction downloads work for my other accounts.
