One step update is spinning for a long time and produces CC-501 error message
I am running a usual one step update. Several financial institutions got updated normally and I got green circles for them. But US Bank PFM Direct Connect keeps spinning for a long time and then displays the error message CC-501 "Unable to update these accounts because of an error on the Quicken server".
The FAQ link says "This error occurs when Quicken is unable to connect to the bank to receive transaction information. This could be caused by something on the bank's end blocking Quicken from connecting. In some cases, Quicken Support may need to escalate the issue."
Any advice on how to resolve this issue?
