Bank codes not coming to email

When I run the One Step update, i get a message(s) saying that the bank (say Wells Fargo) is sending a code to my email which must be entered before the account will update. The code does not come through to email. I have verified that my email address is correct on both ends. What do I need to do?

    The 2FA requirements come directly from the financial institution's servers, which Quicken does not have access to. If you are experiencing issues with your 2FA, we suggest reaching out to Wells Fargo directly for further assistance. It is recommended to request to speak to a tier 2 agent or a supervisor as they are generally more familiar with third-party applications.
