Alaska USA to Global Credit Union, transactions not being downloaded properly (QMAC)

My Credit Union (Alaska USA) recently changed to Global Credit Union. My transactions have been downloaded properly, until 5/24/23.

As of 5/24/23, each downloaded transaction is listed under the PAYEE field as <img alt="Hide transaction details…..

And each transaction is not categorized as Service Fee in the CATEGORY field.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

    Did the CU just change names or was there a merger involved?
    Have you contacted the CU and told them about this issue? If they're making changes to their website, they need to coordinate these changes with Intuit Inc. as the download service provider.

    For me, the transactions do not download at all, however the "live view" total is correct. My other bank accounts are still working as expected.

    From what I understand it was a name change, not a merger. The website has slightly changed, and I I have not contacted Global.

    I did update Quicken for Mac (Version 7.1.0 (Build 701.49333.100) this morning, and am running the latest version of Ventura.

    I have the same problem, since 5/24 no transactions have downloaded. I have disconnected the Quicken Connect and reconnected it. There are no errors logging in to Global Credit Union but no transactions.

    @NKnight or @colday did you find any fix?

    I submitted the "Report a problem".

    I've also disconnected the Quicken Connect and reconnected it with no change.

    After the name change, transactions were downloading fine for a few weeks, then stopped, so it seems GlobalCU changed something on their end.

    It seems to have been fixed, or at least I got two (the only new transactions according to GlobalCU website) transactions downloaded to Quicken.

    Downloads started working again on June 5. However, for the recent transactions the details panel only shows "Appears on your statement as DEBIT CARD WITHDRAWAL PURCHASE" with no distinguishing detail. Thus, the renaming rules are very confused. Well, they aren't confused, all transactions just look like the exact same thing.

    I am having the same problem with Global Credit Union One Step Update. My CD monthly dividends are not downloading. April 30th was the last time my Cd's updated. I do not download my checking account transactions. I do that manually. Only my Saving Account transactions are downloading now. Is this a credit union problem or a Quicken issue?

    Global Credit Union One Step Update downloaded all of my transactions today. I guess it's fixed.

    Agree, seems to be back to normal function.
