Current credit card balance not retaining selection.

The window “Edit Transfer Reminder” for a scheduled credit card reminder has a problem The window “Edit Transfer Reminder” for a scheduled credit card reminder has a problem retaining the option to pay the “Current credit card balance”.
After selecting the “Current credit card balance”, the calendar will show that the credit card balance is set to be paid. But if you go back and click on “Edit” in the “Bill and Income Reminder” window to check on the status for that reminder, The Estimate amount for me: changes back to OFF. Which changes the Current credit card balance back to “Fixed Amount”.

This is really aggravating, especially if you’re keeping a running balance on the calendar. You must go back and click on the Pay the Balance each time you check the status for a credit card payment. If you don’t do this, there is a monthly charge in the amount of the credit card balance every month.

Sincerely,

Terry

    Hello @TB8246,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue.  I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. When did this issue first start? Is it affecting only one specific reminder, or multiple? If its happening with only one, does deleting and recreating that reminder resolve the issue?

Do you keep your Quicken file on your C drive or is it on a shared network drive?  Is your Quicken file synced with any cloud service, such as One Drive or Dropbox (if it is, you will usually see the service name listed in the file location)?

The simplest way to check your file location, if you have Quicken up and the file open, is to click on File, then look near the bottom of the list, just above where it says Exit.  It will list the file locations for the 4 Quicken files you have most recently accessed, with the one you are currently in at the #1 spot.

    Thank you.
