Amazon.com or Amazon Store Card?

I am having this issue too in Quicken for Mac. It was downloading my transactions fine until recently. Now it can't connect, and I have even been prompted within the app to send a code to a phone number that is not mine.
The only option I see under financial institutions is "Amazon Store Card by Synchrony" or the Amazon Secured Store Card by Synchrony"
There is no "Amazon.com Store Card by Synchrony"
Any suggestions?

Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. Are you receiving any error codes or messages? When did this issue begin to occur? Are you referring to the 2FA that is sent by your financial institution?
