Union Bank conversion to US Bank
US Bank bought Union Bank and post-conversion it is not sending me any payee information to Quicken. Expenses are showing up as Card on all my debit card activity. There is no additional information when I log into my checking account with US Bank. They also wiped out all of the categories on the transactions for the past 3 months (I had to manually edit them by researching my Union Bank information for the old Quicken account)
How can I get the payee information? Is this just a conversion problem or is this how US Bank works? It's taking hours of time to update.
