How do I change the last download date to get missing transactions?

I restored a backup file from 01/09/2023 but when I attempt to download new transactions nothing happens.

I tried "Reset Account" nothing. I then tried "deactivate", remove the financial name/info from all accounts, I closed Quicken, reopenned Quicken. I used the add account and used the "link to exisiting account". The system showed transactions for the past 577 days were downloaded but nothing updated from 01/09/2023 through today.

I have eight accounts with about a hundred or so transactions missing. This happened in the past and I manually entered the missing transaction. I DO NOT WANT to do this again.

The screen shows the "Last download" as today. Is there a way to change the last download date back to 1/9/2023 and have the system redownload from that date? This is very frustrating.

    Hello @ikeni55,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this.

If you haven't already, I suggest you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for your Online Connected Services. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.

    1. Navigate to Edit
    2. Preferences...
    3. Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
    4. Click Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
    5. Follow the prompts to Sign Out
    6. Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password

Once that is done, see if the issue still continues to persist.

    I hope this helps!
