Nissan Finance Connection Error FDP-102

Just received email from Quicken Moderator informing that the Quicken Connect Nissan Finance US connection error has been resolved. Still cannot connect. Now am getting new error FDP-102

Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community.
Error 102 (or FDP-102) is displayed when a bank is selected that is unavailable, or you have changed your sign-in information with your financial institution, and the new credentials are not carried over to Quicken. You may follow this link to access a FAQ that provides more information as well as some troubleshooting steps. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding (just in case).

I have the same issue, and the FAQ was unhelpful - there is no option I see to choose "go to bank." I am trying to set up a new account with Nissan Finance if that matters.0
