New account not displayed (Q Mac)

I just added a new Chase credit card to Quicken, but it is not displayed in the list of accounts. Chase shows the account as linked. How can I get it to display in Quicken?

    Hello @teecee,

    Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue.

    Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. Did you receive any error codes or messages? What exactly occurred during and after adding the account to Quicken?

    I look forward to your response.

    @Jasmine,

    I did not receive any error codes. I went to "add account"; selected my bank; logged in to the bank; selected the credit card; then click "connect account". The back shows the account as being shared, but it's not in my Quicken account list.

    If only it was that easy. I tried the hide/unhide thing, but the new account wasn't in the list of accounts to show or hide.

    That's what I thought. I went removed the link from Chase then reinstalled but still didn't show up in Quicken. Very frustrating!
