is R50.8 in staged release or available to all?

I received an email stating "UPDATE 6/7/23 Hotfix version R50.8 is now live and available to all users" and I see post on 6/7/23 that states "Hotfix version R50.8 is now being made available in staged release format to a limited number of users."

Which is it?
