Renewal Payment box just recycles and cleatrs the Card data

I am trying to renew Quicken for a while now.

I typed my card information from the Quicken App , then I logged into Quicken to find the same problem.

I am frustrated to say the least I am trying to pay for the subscription so I can use the program.

Also while I am here can you email or call me as I went to finally do my 2019 Taxes and I tried to update the 2019 Turbo tax program. It fully crashed and I could not get into the program again.

I then uninstalled the program and could not and still have not found my CD to reload the program. I found CD's back to 2011 I think so far.

I believe I registered it, is there any way to get a copy of the CD to reinstall the program?
