CalPERS Supplemental Income Plan (Voya) not downloading transactions

Hi gang,

I was able to add the CalPERS Supplemental Income Plan (through Voya) to my retirement accounts without any issues. It connected just fine and selected the right account... but it will not download any transaction data. It just says $0. I thought that it might take a day or two to update - but this has been ongoing for weeks. Any one have any thoughts for how to fix it?

    Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What is your connection method with Voya? You can see the connection method by navigating to Settings > Downloads > Connection Type. Do you receive any error codes or messages? What exactly occurs when attempting to download transactions?
